  • Firstly, type “Xbox” in your system search box; once the result appears, right-click on the Xbox app and choose the App settings option.
  • On the new screen, scroll down, click on the Repair button under the Reset section and click on the Reset button. Repeat the same process to reset Microsoft Store as well.

Fix 9: Run Command in PowerShell

  • On the following screen, type or paste the below-given command and press Enter,

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}

  • Once done, restart the system and check whether you can play the game or not.

Fix 10: Restart Xbox Services

In most cases, simply restarting all the Xbox services and IP service will help you to escape from similar issues. To do so,

  • Firstly, open the Services window by typing “services” in your search box.
  • On the new screen, scroll down and double-click on the IP Helper service.Services
  • Then set the Startup service as Automatic and Services status as Running.
  • Follow these steps to restart Xbox Live Auth Manager, Xbox Live Game Save, Xbox Live Networking Service, Gaming services, Windows Update, and Microsoft install service.

Fix 11: Reinstall Gaming services

  • Firstly, type “PowerShell” in your system search box and open the best result. (open with admin access).
  • On the following screen, type or paste the below-given command and press Enter to uninstall all the gaming services,

Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers  

  • Then again, type or paste the following command and press Enter to reinstall gaming services,

start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN

  • Install the gaming services inside the Microsoft Store screen and see the improvement.

Fix 12: Reinstall the Game
