How to Fix Update KB5021255/ KB5021234 Not Installing on Windows 11

dism /Online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup
Sfc /ScanNow
net start bits
net start wuauserv
net start msiserver
net start cryptsvc

  • Once done, you can restart the system and reinstall the pending updates.

Fix 6: Use Microsoft Update Catalog

You can also manually install the update on your Windows with the help of the Microsoft Update Catalog. To do so,

  • Open Microsoft Update Catalog-> type; KB5021255/ KB5021234 (based on your PC version) in the search box.
  • Now download the suitable file, install it on your system and you are done.
